I enjoy seeing them realize the struggles and obstacles they have had for a long time and figure out ways to master them. I enjoy being a sounding board for them, where they can express thoughts, feelings, and desires that they don’t share with many people and find solutions to their problems.

These experiences inspired me to support and mentor women and men in transforming their lives on deeper levels. Drawing from my training and experience, I share energetic and earth-centered practices that integrate aspects of mind, body, and spirit, allowing women and men to be even more present and magnetic so they attract anything they desire in life.

Clearing their body, mind, and spirit from any unwanted and unnecessary stories connecting with who they really are in their pure essence, and listening to the voice of their soul, propels them to take the necessary action in their lives.

Mindful movement activities provide a way to reconnect and rebuild trust with your body, relieve pain, feel the power and strength that lives inside of you.

You will start feeling the most confident, sexy and powerful you have felt in your life.

02.MIND

You will experience an ease in the chatter of your mind, finding stillness and starting to train the mind to be your master so that you can allow your thoughts to give you messages without controlling your life, choosing more positive thoughts to engage with.

03.SPIRIT

Through stillness and meditation, drum journeying, movement, dialogue and energetic practices you will learn to listen deeply to the voice of your soul so that you can receive messages from the intangible world to take the action needed in the tangible one.

04.HEART

Get in touch with your heart center, learning to listen deeply to your heart desires and letting those feelings run through your entire system will move you into a place of love so that you can let go of all fears while you are open to express all your feelings and emotions without restriction. 

My Experience

For over 20 years, I have dedicated my professional life to the field of health and holistic wellness. My training as a professional nurse gave me the foundation to understand the human body, while my development as a licensed personal trainer and nutrition specialist allowed me to explore the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing.

As an International Certified Health Coach, creator of Mindful Online Workouts and Mindful Online Gym, I have developed methods that integrate body and mind in accessible practices for modern life. My certification as a Teacher of the Art of Feminine Presence (AFP) and Masculine Presence (AMP), along with my accreditation as a Shamanic Practitioner, and Tantra teacher has allowed me to create a unique approach that honors both ancestral wisdom and contemporary relationship needs.
